I found a left front fender from a Marauder online. Thinking about buying it and replacing it myself. How difficult is it to replace?

It's a pain in A**.
1.Have to take the hood off and drivers side hinge
2.Have to unbolt the washer fluid tank, harness, and ECM .don't forget the ground when reconnecting. take a pic.
3.Have to remove the inner fender liner, IIRC its two big washer bolts up underneath
4.Have to loosen the other fender, to allow enough movement to get the grill side pins out of each fender
5.Have to remove the side marker lamp.
6.then and only then can the fender be swapped
I've done this three times, like everything gets easier with number of times you do it

I replaced a right side on a DTR with member Frosst and it was labor intensive, but we were doing a core support, header, hood, and fender liner already. Definitely not what I would define as leisure wrenching. It's a job.

Whatever you do, do not buy an aftermarket fender…. i got a freshly painted black aftermarket fender from a friend and it fits like *****, and the lip is not rolled. Make sure you get an oem fender.

It can be done without removing the hood. A lot of parts have to come off, patience is the key.
I did it all the same time. New header panel, new door hinges, new fender, and got rid of the aftermarket lights for OEM

Maybe I'll just take it to my favorite body shop and have them fix the rust on my fender.
My fender is rusted through at the bottom.
Here's the Facebook Marketplace post. Does it look like a Marauder fender?

Partsfarm is reputable. Marty Ochs from MO's has used them. Check Car-part.com, 03-05 marquis fender is same

The only difference between a Marauder fender and a GM or CV fender of the same paint code is the stick on trim...worse comes to worse have your shop peel off your old center trim and stick it on the new fender with 3M type tape when they make the switch.
Comin in hot - x2 aftermarket = total garbage. I had one on mine and it was terrible. Holes didn't line up door rubbed etc..

And the lip will not be rolled on the OEM fender either.

FTR (For The Record), the 1998+ Crown Victorias' stick-on trim is the same as the Marauders'.
