I have a Marauder with a Trilogy S/C. I am not real familiar with them but I have talked to Jerry Barnes who owned them. My car was shipped to Trilogy in 2009 with 1600 miles and they installed the Trilogy. I have all the paperwork and book from them. They say the it gives the car 460HP with 390 to rear wheel . Does anyone know if they made more than one Trilogy they installed on these cars? I am just curious because there is a silver one that has been on Ebay and is on Hemmings that claims their Trilogy puts out 540 HP but with the same performance figures as mine. Not trying to cause this gentleman a problem just curious. I always thought they were the same. I am on my fourth one.

There were were about 250 Trilogy kits produced for the Marauder. All the same. The silver one on eBay or Hemmings may have had some additional mods done to increase their hp or they may simply be incorrect.

I have mods done and ported Trilogy, pulley swap and I'm at 495 Rwhp so around 590 crank hp. A complete stock motor and kit was built for 380-390 rwhp. A forged internals motor recommended for over 450 rwhp.

That silver Trilogy on eBay has the rare and elusive twin screw Trilogy supercharger. I think 7 were made???

The silver one on Hemmings is a trilogy twin screw. 2.3 size, the roots Trilogy is 1.9 size. This the difference. That car sold on Facebook for lot less than they are asking. They are prolly trying to flip it.

Refresh my memory. What kind of #'s would one expect from a properly installed twin screw Trilogy kit?

Depends a LOT on the tune...450-475RWHP is a pretty safe area with the TS...with 425-440RWTQ But it DEPENDS ON THE TUNE

12 is the #, with a couple of those 12 being Trilogy Race cars

I’d have to say closer to low to mid 500’s. Otherwise what’s the point? 450 was an easy safe number to achieve on the 1.9’s. Mine was dialed to 461 and well within all safety margins for many many years.

I think Darren was at 460ish with his Twin on stock motor, then when he went built stroker, easily in the mid 500 on lower boost.

I did 472 on a stock motor with a TS, 8 lbs of boost.

Stroker was well over 600 @ 13lbs & VP109, it was IMO no fun on the street. Turned down to 523ish rwhp, driveable with 18psi in DR’s on the street. Of course my street driving was racing for $$$, or just embarrassing high dollar cars. In Mexico of course.

If I were to do it again, 440-460 at the wheels would be my goal.

I just learned alot about the twin screws that I didnt know before. I'm just happy to have a regular old Trilogy kit. I always wondered how many kits were out there.

Thanks

ANYTHING over 500RWHP on a stock MARAUDER motor is looking for trouble, which is why my answer is a more direct answer to the original Q.

Swap a Trilogy Roots (from 390RWHP - 430RWHP depending on the tune) to a trilogy Twin Screw (my answer) was the question. But, thanks for playing.

all the same except if you paid up for the Polished plug covers and polished Intake elbow.
