Note yet. Only my 1500lb boat and a 2000lb camping trailer. This car can tow a 2k load easily, it could probably do more. I know I have seen some pictures from folks on this site towing more than 2k. The old GMs until '91 were rated to tow 5k, can't see why this car is only rated to do 2k. I was skeptical at first but after my first trip camping this car would have no problem, equiped correctly, towing more.

Simple...Ford wants you to buy one of their trucks or Stupid Useless Vehicles to tow things...they make more profit on them and the more trucks and Stupid Useless Vehicles they sell, the lower their CAFE can be without penalty...
