Volume balancing for my memory stick, Christmas tunes.

As part of my Christmas display, I have a boom box playing tunes from the memory stick I created (with others help, thnx Mike, Stan and Mac) Thing is, each track has different volume, and I would like to have more consistent volume so I can set the boom box volume so all tracks are easily heard. Anyone here able to do thus for me?? I am willing to pay. Or know of someone?? Thnx
