What we call a cross over tube (COT), Ford calls it a Cross Over Pipe. Your engine also has a thin tube that is called a cross over tube. The tube uses tiny o-rings ( Mahle brand $0.35, Motorcraft wanted $6+ each. The pipe uses larger flat Rings, part number motorcraft 391533-S100. Ordered 3 per bag - there are no substitutions for this.

On a different note, COP = Coil On Plug. There are a lot of acronyms out there.
