Apparently this Mustang Tuner didn't do what they were supposed to do
to this guy's car, and now it is all over the internet.

Inspires lots of confidence when you have to call the police to escort you as you pick your car up. A car that is now in PIECES!

This is the shop at the center of the controversy:

All Mustang Performance
4346 E. University Drive
Phoenix, AZ 85034-7318
(800) 454-8387
(602) 437-2727

Seems like a real messy situation to me.

Best Regards,

David

Viper is a better person than I will ever be. I would be in jail if that happened to me.

The sad thing is that the shop will continue to get away with it. But they are taking a beating at the moment. This post seems to be everywhere now.

I've seen it on several other boards.

Sad. Hope they lose at least some business over this.

I guess I am not that good of a person cause if that was me ALL HELL WOULD HAVE BROKE LOOSE. TOM has life bent! Things like this is the very reason why my MM will only be worked on by people recommended on this forum. Call me bias but that is just the way I am. This shop is the classic example of drug-store mechanics.

This guy needs to contact the state's Atty. General, BBB, and any other agency that may be able to do some investigating and maybe close this jerk's shop of horrors.

And a lawyer........

The sad fact is that people with no conscience could care less about anybody but themselves. I’ve been a business since I was 24 years old and anytime a customer was dissatisfied it ate my heart out. Being in the restaurant business you’re only as good as your last meal. I could serve a thousand dinners and get hundreds of complements but if I got one complaint I would take it to bed with me.

Those of us who have dealt with the vendors on this board are very lucky that we have a good group of people behind our cars. I’m sure if any of our vendors were proven to be unscrupulous Logan would give them the boot. Luckily they are all outstanding. I for one have dealt with trilogy, alternative auto, Reinhart & Metco and I have had nothing but satisfying experiences with all of them. My only qualm is that I can’t find a speed shop in my area that I am comfortable with.

As a MM owner, I don't think it's any of our business how this Mustang business began, continued, or, concluded. I do not need to know, or, deal with your problems, take your business elsewhere, K?

As a MM owner and member here, I have been frustrated with vendors too, and left wondering if my money was well spent, or, I got suckered. I'm still working on this, but mostly, it's my problem and not "our" problem with respect to my MM.Net family. Moreover, as a temporary MM.Net product supplier, I know first hand how things easily get twisted against any good word, and how some popular voices can shout out for others to "get a rope!" and they do, or, do not stop step in to stop that.

So...Having been on both sides, take your witch hunt away from us, please? We have all been there, done this, and it's old now.

Call the county prosecutor where your victim placed the charge on his charge card, or, the prosecutor where your vendor resides. Either way this is where your fraud took place.

E-mail me at sergtnmac@aol.com with your questions, but leave us alone?

Mac I have to diagree here,
As a FORD product owner a business that deals only in Ford products and services is of interest to some here. Why? the rear end is the same. One of our members may want a stage one kit installed, and be in AZ. Mustang shops do 8.8 gears all the time, and being a Ford product they could also do engine work,Supercharger installs, exhaust ect...
A performance shop that scews members of the performance cummunity hurts us all and could cost one or more of us $$.

I'm sure you know of shops in town you don't do bussiness with, but AMS does a lot of mail order of used parts making them nationwide.

I,like others who posted if you follow the link would like to hear the other side of the story too.

But for now if I was local to this business I might be careful before spending any $$.

I'm glad this post came to us...

I agree. A bad apple should be exposed regardless of what type of vehicle it's about. Some of us own other cars besides a Marauder. I think it's good to know. If you read the entire thread you will see this is not the only customer he's ripped. These type of people need to be stopped. Just my .02.

PS. Mac, I didn't know you were appointed the voice of Marauder.net. I thought we all were welcome to our own opinion. I can speak for myself thank you!!

I agree chrish. I see only one side being represented.

I know for a fact a similar campaign was started against one of own well respected vendors. There was an Internet cry for rope on multiple forums, and claims of multiple victims. Such one sided rants aren't always truthful, and can be very damaging to what may in reality be a good business.
