If there's an attorney in the house that'd like to do me a personal favor by way of crafting a nasty demand letter to a certain un-named moving company, I'd certainly appreciate an email to logan@mercurymarauder.net

My notices to them have gone un-heeded and I'm thinking some letter head would get the point across that I'm quite serious.

Oh man, I feel for you, Logan. Around here, interstate moving companies are getting to be a big law enforcement problem, along with long term cold storage facilities. Hoping for the best on your behalf.

I've settled with their insurance company for property damages, but the other company is still liable for my expenses incurred as a result.

I want to give them a final opportunity to do what's right or I'll just file in small claims. The company I'm trying to get reimbursed from does a great job of trying to hide their corporate entity, but the wonder's of the internet have basically provided me with a very concise guide on dealing specifically with this company.
