Is it possible to retrofit a 2003 MM with DUAL KNOCK SENSORS like the 2004 MMs have?? I understand that the 2004 MM have more adjustability in their timing because of this addition over the 2003s. Is there a REAL benefit in terms of power/drivability?? Do the good tuners Lidio, Dennis, etc. even keep the knock sensors functional when they burn a chip?? I've heard that on many S/C cars (not necessarily MMs) the knock sensors are TOO sensitive and pull out way too much timing under boost.

Yes! It is possible, and two members here have done so. Perhaps they will share their experiences.;)

Yeah...One of them is me, and my gut says don't bother.
I pushed my MM to 455 RWHP, but I did not break my 399 RWTQ number, and your "after the fact" tech support is unreachable after your fact.
If I could do it all again, I would not.
A complete waste of time and money.
Dont put another thought into it.
