What if any difference is there in a car with California Emissions on it.

I am looking at an 03 Marauder and it is from California, on the original window sticker it is stated under the optional equipment that it has California Emissions on it.

What is the diffrence between California Emissions and the regualar emission crap on new cars?

NO Difference.
Buy away.
The only change is the statement on the sticker and what ever they add $$ for the wording.

The CA car has some minor egr routing differences on the back of the engine and I believe that the CA car has four cats versus two.

There are no differences. They are certified differently. The cats and EGR are the same. At my dealership, we order all our cars with CA emissions so we don't have any hassles selling to customers that live in "green" states. I have compared them, no diff.
BTW, CA emissions is a no charge option.

The ARE differences, which as I said before, are minor.

DR's cooling kit takes these into account when ordering.
