Just got off the phone with Carfixer and Bootlegger and they are both without power and the wind is still blowing between 80- 100 mph...please pray for our friends and all others in harms way.
Carfixer feels that so far his home has not suffered any serious damage, Bootlegger has suffered some damage but thank God neither home has been breached, it has not hit Tampa yet. Keep our friends in your prayers. Thank you, Javier.

We're definately thinking of ALL of you. TALLBOY, in Venice, was kind enough to update me a few moments ago and let me know my neighborhood is still intact.
Way too close for comfort....I can only imagine how bad my favorite hangout suffered, Sanibel Island.
It's been 40 years since Sanibel took a hit, and my parents were on the island for that one, they lost their car...it litterally washed away.

Here I sit in Beijing China wondering how may property in Ft.Myers was doing . I heard that It was fine, as the worst damage hit north of me. Close call. In China in the 5wks that I have been here they have had a major flood that has killed many, a typhoon that hit the coast, and an earth quake that killed 4 and left 1000 homeless.
Thank be to my friends on the Marauder net. God Bless.....
