Coming home from work yesterday, I saw a Cream Colored 300C pulled over by the VA State Police in the HOV3 lanes. I just smiled as I passed by. :D Looks like two guys in their late 20's thought they could beat the traffic by shooting the HOVs while one pax too light. First offense is $100. :sweat: Guess there is no special treatment for the 300C .... and slicky boys probably will arrive at the beach this Labor Day weekend a little light in the wallet. :rofl:

They will think twice next time. The HOV lanes on Long Island only require two people.(driver and passenger)
