I used the SHERIFF license plate to bring it home. But it's going back on one of my CVPIs shortly. As soon as I can get to DMV and do the paperwork. My initials "SWS" will be going on the DTS. :)

the connecticut state trooper that stopped me while i was doing a similar act told me that was "misuse of plates". then took my plates and impounded my car.:dunno:

Mine was done legally. The dealership transferred SHERIFF to the DTS. Which meant the Crown Victoria was sitting at home without any license plates on it, also legal. Now I need to go to DMV to put the license plates back on the Crown Victoria.

Thats cool. I would like to my Team sticker on mine but Irish Green would not go good with Black!
