I just got back from Allentown, PA where I purchased a 1993 Mustang LX "notchback". It's burgandy metallic, black interior, has 79,000 miles, 5.0/5 speed, ported & polished heads & intake manifolds, tons of new parts. It is an absolute BLAST to drive around. It's faster than my Marauder and it still has the stock 3.08 gears! It has the stock intake tube and airbox, MAF, and throttle body. I really can't believe how quick this car is with so few mods. With a few small bolt-ons, this thing will go even faster. Can't wait to hit the track!

Awesome. Someday I'd love to have a '93 Cobra...those Fox bodies are great.

I got some pics up. These were taken in PA just before I bought the car. They are BEFORE pics. It doesn't look that bad here, but when you see it in person, you see the faded paint, sun-damaged moldings, and 12 years worth of dust / dirt / grease / grime.
I just completed the entire interior makeover. All pads were replaced, some trim panels, tons of armor-all, six Sony Xplod speakers hidden for a factory look, and some repair of damaged body structure components. Only thing left is to get the new a-pillar pod in there with my gauges!
Next task starts this coming week: upper & lower control arms, subframe connectors, k-member brace, strut tower brace, and rear shock brace. I need to replace the old caster-camber plates with new ones, too. The car has H&R Sport Springs in it already along with KYB G2 shocks & struts.
After the chassis is done I need to refurbish the exhaust system. It currently has Mac shorties with a BBK x-pipe and a low-buck Dynomax cat-back. I'm tossing on a set of BBK longtubes, VRS x-pipe, and a Dynomax Race Magnum cat-back with polished stainless tailpipes. Should sound wicked.
Once all the mechanicals are complete, then it's time for paint!! Notice that the door handles, mirrors, cowl vent cover, and antenna base are all body color?? Looks like crap... they're supposed to be satin black. I'm working on that right now. I already have all the new moldings sitting here waiting to go on the car.
