Navistar is hoping to sell 50-100 of these beasts. Good luck!!! :loco: Think I might prefer to go with a Peterbuilt and add modular packs on the back to suit every need. :run:

Who are they going to sell them to? Rappers with more money than sense?

People who want to impress others. :)

And I suspect you will see them being used for things such as
1) plowing snow,
2) pulling horse trailers,
3) converted to exotic wreckers,
4) pulling extremely long and heavy campers
5) pulling amatuer stock cars to races

What I like the most is the marketing catch-phrase on the literature: "The Brilliance of Common Sense".

What I like the most is the marketing catch-phrase on the literature: "The Brilliance of Common Sense". Hey, it takes a boatload of commen sense to drive a 14,500 lb pickup truck.

Geez, it has only 260 hp to pull around 14,500 lbs. Wonder what it does in the quarter mile...

Here's a linky to an article about it in the Houston Chronicle:

If it ticks off the anti-SUV nazis, I'm for it. Nothing exceeds like excess.
