need some help with lighting...

I took my son out tonight and decided that I need to add some headlights to his stroller. Specifically, I want to add one or two 5-6 LED headlights. I will mount these to the lower frame and want to engineer some kind of switch so I can remotely activate them.

LED's will run longer on batteries than any other kind if light I know of and I don't want to be changing batteries every week.

I hunted around a few bicycle and motercycle parts websites and seem to think the Cateye model will work best for this application. These do not have remote control.

Does anyone out there own one of these units and can tell me if the case can be drilled for wires and a switch?

Or perhaps someone has another idea of how to illuminate a dark path while taking the boy for an evening walk.
