The heated seat switch on the drivers side started to flash 2 days ago. It's not the hi/lo lights. It is the illumination light, flashing irratically. It doesn't matter if the heat is on or off. It starts as soon as the car is started. The passenger side is ok. Is it a diagnostic code, or just a random flash.
Any ideas???
Thanks, Benny

Had the same problem with the switches on the passenger side. Was very annoying at night. The dealer replaced the switch assembly.

Yes, I just noticed it last night and it was annoying... Well, this is only the 2nd time i'll have to visit the dealer in 9k miles...I think i'll get some black tape and wait until something else fails. Sorta like the vcr flashing 12:00....

Each or for the set? The black tape is on my switches.

Each or for the set? Prolly the set, I cured my intermittent driver's window up problem with a new switch, that was 68 bucks.
I know for sure, the 2006 Marauder will not have this problem.

OK, well mine started that earlier in the year, was told (by the dealer) that it was a specific "module" that needed replacing, and although I had every intention, I have managed to go along for a few months ignoring it instead...
Don't remember the exact name, sorry. They didn't quote me a price, sorry.
