All,
In light of the increasing number of severely off-topic posts occurring, I've been forced to take a bit of action to that regard.
Effectively Immediately, "The Lounge" has been moved and re-designated as an "OFF-TOPIC" forum. All topics not related to Marauder are to be posted there.
The former Lounge has been designated "Community Discussion". This forum is for all posts directed related in some form to the 03 & 04 Marauder.
As always, "The Garage" should be used for Technical discussions.
I would ask that people also try to restrict the amount of off-topic posts as well. The site is not without it's limits and I'd prefer to see the space consumed by discussions actually related to the purpose of the site.

Thanks Logan.
LML said it best in another post,"sometimes we talk about things besides our cars".
So being Menace only wants to talk about Marauders this area of the board should be safe from his special views on what a message board should be.:flamer:

Which is absolutely cool, I do it too. :) Just with the amount of people doing it, it starts making it pretty hard for folks to weed through the posts they really don't have much interest in...

Hmm... didn't I suggest needing a "BS Forum" awhile ago? ;)
And people think I'm a LITTLE excentric about the off topic thing. Ehh... oh well.

The off topic BS wasn't out of hand. With winter here, we arn't racing, and paying close to the cars, noticing the little things, and well, people like to comunicate with otherts of like minds. With nothing NEW on the cars, people start spewing. :puke:

Mad, It's not excessive right now, but it's enough to warrant it's own forum.

The Spell Check I actually have an interface for and it works really well, but they want $150/yr for the interface... Hmph... :( For that price ummmm, I can put up with some mis-spelled words...

If you're really concerned with spelling, write out your responces in something like Word, spell check it, and copy and paste it.

While digging deep into the Archives, I thought this post bore repeating.

Where do people who own 04 Marauder's go?;) - there were no 2004's in early 2003.

Thread #1,301... We're over 27,000 now.

Obviously I missed something in the translation. The instructions set by Logan say that the community discussion forum is limited to 03 Marauders.
I am not understanding what is meant by "old thread". I reviewed the forum titles a minute ago and nothing has changed. Soooooo.......
Where do I post as an 04 owner? I don't mean to be dense.

Your not "dense" just look at the date of the first post. It was posted in '03.
Mary was just reminding people of this.

Now that there are both '03 and '04 Marauders the posts go in the same place. When the original post was made there was no such thing as a '04 Marauder.

Pat - the date this thread started is 01-24-2003. I added 04 to the first post. Community Discussion is to be used for Marauder related topics. I added Old Thread to the title so folks would know the info was old, but it is still valid info.
My point in refreshing this thread was a reminder that sometimes The Lounge gets abused.
