Is there anybody out there interested in a monthly gathering of OK. Marauders? I have been to a couple of the NTM functions in Texas like the Texas state fair with NTM and Lone star Cougar club and the NTM picnic which was follwed by the last car show this season at Chucks ,at which the 14 plus Marauders had reserved parking. If sombody has the organization and computer skills we could start the Sooner State Marauders. If there is already an Oklahoma group, could you let me in on it.

CD, it's nice to see there's someone on here relatively close to my location in the sticks of LeFlore Co. A monthly meeting might be a bit much, but worth a try. You might consider a trial meet in mid-state and maybe an event like a cruise on the Talimena drive (close to home for me, a self-centered suggestion)and related twisties.
Also suggest looking for interest at the Shelby & Ford meet, 2nd weekend of June in Tulsa. If you don't have info. on it PM me, or look up Jim & Terri Wicks, Vinita and call them, some of the original organizers. Other groups have begun having meetings coinciding with this major meet. I belong to Ft. Smith Mustang Club and another mo. meeting would be tough to fit in, but would be interested in an occasional get together.

Ah yes, this displaced Okie lawyer loves the U.S. Hwy 59 "twisties" through the "mountains" in SE Oklahoma. At least the state did a good job grading those roads properly so you can take those 35mph turns at 70 mph without breathing too hard. Did it the first time when I had less than 1500 miles on the car.....
