<HR style="COLOR: #dddddd" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->My $.02 - for whatever its worth. My MM has 30,000 miles on it. Purchased 7/03. It gets beaten each time I drive it, WOTs (OD on), burn rubber, downshift into first at 80 mhp, blasts to 100, max shifting at 6,000 rpm, etc. The car has never seen the inside of a dealer except for an oil change or mods. No smoke and no ticking. O'yes, I had it at the dealer several weeks ago to get my first set of free "Tires for Life". I have NO complaints on this car. It was perfomed exactly like Ford advertised. I am anxious to see how it does at SSHS4 with my mods.

My new Suburban comes with free tires for life at my dealer. All I have to do is take it there for all of the oil changes and maintance. I'm going with new 20's so I don't get them anyway.:bigcry:

Yes, there are some good deals left in life. Of course who ever approved "Free Tires for Life" for the MM obviously did not know what the car was really all about. When I bought the MM in 7/03 I asked for and received the "Free Tires for Life". But, you must have all of your oil changes and periodic maintenance check-ups done at the buying Ford agency. I have missed a few check-ups, but the crew on duty that day did not check very closely. I had a bunch of Ford service receipts and service advisor business cards fall out of my owner's manual on to the service manager's desk when I was discussing my free tires. He was busy and I got my 4 new BFG tires at 29,000. The fronts were still good, but the backs were bald in the center. They replaced them all. I did not argue.

As was so aptly put by Rod Stewart, "Some guys have all the luck." :D

if my local dealers offered me free tires for each of my 4 cars and my boat trailer, i still wouldn't take my car there.:(
