In one weeks time, Natasha and I will cast ourselves to the fates in an attempt for a fresh start. Much like the explores and of settlers of old, we will pack our belongings and attmpt to settle in a strange land, inhabited by stranger people, many of whom may be hostile. With nothing but our skills, our drive, and hopefully, a little luck, we will survive, thrive, and persevier.
This is the biggest and frankly scairyest thing ether of us have ever done. Both of us come from military familys, so we have moved around a bit before. But never on our own like this. We go with our household goods, two cats, and 3 months savings. We have an apartment waiting for us in Lewisville already, so atleast we will have a place to lay ourt heads.
Now, we just need to find jobs.

Go West ... young man. Best of luck to you and Tasha in getting settled and a quick and successful transition to a new home. You both will be missed in CAMarauderland. A Guiness will be lifted in your honor at Big Bat's. :D
Sounds like more prayers are called for here! I'll be lifting up your names for quick and good jobs. BTW, way down here in Houston, we really don't consider the Dallas area to be Texas! :argue: Keep us posted with updates, buddy!

Good luck to you and Tasha may God look over you and smile down upon you and Bless you always. You will be missed at the CAM Meets, but you go to a better life. Once a CAM Member always a CAM Member.
Here is an old Irish saying for your journey.
"May the road rise up to meet you
May the wind be always at your back
May the sun shine warm upon your face
And the rains fall soft upon your fields
And until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand."
Fare thee well,
Gordon & Chris
Ok you Texas Marauders, two of our Capitol Area Marauders are heading down to join you for a better life. Take care of them they are good people and will be greatly missed up here in the Capitol Area.

The GRILL that wouldn't stay put? This will be the most travelled George Forman grill ever seen. I thought "Viking" was gonna get it as a "newbie" (or was it a "new A" door prize.

Phil & Natasha, just call us if you need anything. We're not far from where ever you are in DFW. My cell is 314-308-1370 and Gina's is 817-673-8825.
We can help you get around this weekend or just meet for breakfast Saturday or something. If you want to do "normal" things, we have mid-night drag racing in Denton Friday night and road racing on the infield track at Texas Motor Speedway on Saturday at Noon. Then there's the Cougar Club car show Saturday as well. Always something going on.
Ya gotta love this area (except you brought the cold air with you!)
