View Full Version : Thinking About Going Back to School...

Never thought it would happen. After spending 11 years struggling with part-time school while working fulltime to get my BS in engineering I figured it was over. And it had been a nice break having a little spare time to go to the races, fix up my car, go to Marauderville, have the Southern Marauder Breakfasts, etc.
But now I'm thinking about part-time graduate school. There is a program tailored perfectly for my company and my working conditions whereby I can get a MBA in 16 months, and work on 3 major projects specifically designed around my workplace. Since nobody in my company has a business background I believe this is a great opportunity.
Now to convince myself that 16 months isn't that long...
What am I gonna be when I grow up? I dunno 'cause I ain't never gonna grow up!

It's never too late to get a degree. I went back to school almost 30yrs after graduating from H.S. and earned two degrees. I actually enjoyed it once I got started. Good luck.

When to graduate night school for 4 hard, long years to get my MBA. I never regretted it. It has opened numerous doors for me in my life. Now if I can only learn to spell.

I earned ny degree at 45, not 25, and I am glad it happened this way. Too much booksmart without enough real time experience lets a lot of the important stuff slip by. Best time to learn something is when you want to know it. Best wishes.
