I have steeda U/D pulleys on my 98 Cobra. I did not notice any gains from the install and was considering swapping them to the MM (provided they are the same part number..I havent checked yet). If they are not interchangeable, I would probably get a set anyway. I got nice results from a March set on my ole 97 Mustang GT.

Are U/D pulleys ok on trilogy equipt cars?

Lidio told me that the pulleys would not work on the Trilogy cars. I don't know why do you want them on a Trilogy car. I has enough power and torque to need underpulleys. PM Lidio and may be able to tell you why they work.

I can't imagine underdrive pullies being needed with the Trilogy set-up...now, on the otherhand...an OVERDRIVE dampner pulley...I'd look into that. We used a custom 10% Overdrive dampner from Innovators West www.innovatorswest.com (http://www.innovatorswest.com/) on Legal Knevil.

I am cosidering mods with possibly getting a TMS S/C. I guess I posted that while in the midst of a brain storm and the visibilty was low. Underdrive pulleys on a S/C set up may be counter productive.... In the meantime, I sent Steeda an email to see if the pulleys and be swapped. I like the long tube headers, x pipe w/ motorsport race mufflers (with the trap door) exhaust.

I got word back from Steeda. Here is their responce:

"Yes, they are interchangeable, however pullies are a consistent 7 to 9 horsepower in any modular engine. Transfering them over will only transfer the gain from one car to another.

Good news if anyone else wants to make this swap.
