I was driving the other night and i noticed this squeaking in the front .....maybe the shocks or I dont even know!.....I got out and started to manually push down on the front left and right wheels from the hood and i noticed they had this annoying sound coming out.....the REAR is fine........

Got any ideas?.......

I am guessing control arm bushings. A little silicone spray or WD 40 would probably fix you up. I had a 1994 Mustang GT that squeaked like that also from the day it was new unless I kept the bushings lubed up.
Good luck with it. I would mention it to the dealer anyway.

No, I don't think I know what's wrong with it, Reap, in fact, I really haven't a clue. There could be a dozen explanations for your "squeek." However, I can't hear that from here and you don't seem able to describe it in a manner that would narrow down the many possibilities. So, the next logical step for you, is to take your MM back to your dealer and reproduce the squeek for them. I am sure a solution is at hand, but we here, cannot begin to diagnose that with your brief illustration.

Yes, I am sure it's quite disappointing, and if it's that "weird" of a squeek as you say, your dealer opens at 8 AM Monday morning. That's less than 48 hours from now, so, don't drive your MM until then, for safety's sake.

mine does it too. I only notice it when going slow and it's quiet. I think it's just the suspension moving, wearing surfaces on the bushings. I have almost 5000 miles on the car, if it dosen't go away soon, I'll be taking it in for it.

Hey guys, re-read what Sarge said!! Do not take a chance on unknown noises, be it suspension or other! You bought a new car with a 36 month 36,000 mile warranty. PERIOD. Take it to the dealer. My .02.
[Sorry if it sounds a little rude, but, 4200 lb. car, 300 H.P., things happen quickly!]

Dang Sarge.......I liked my WD40 answer. :D
You make a very valid point. I retract my diagnosis.

Come on, lighten up, it's a SQUEAK for God's sake. This is a common problem with bushings -- my Cobra did it when new. Nothing a liitle judiciously applied lubricant can't disappear. No reason it can't wait to the next oil change (unless you have very delicate hearing!?). Drive. Enjoy.

Does it do it while slowly driving over a small bump like a speed bump, also when lightly applying the brake? Only when driving very slow though? Maybe more of a clicking than a squeak?

RC- I think it does it all the time, I can only hear it when going slow though. It is not very loud. The 'squeak' is heard when going over bumbs and irregular surfaces on the road. i.e. when ever the suspension moves.

Looking. I occasionally get a squeek/click from seemingly the left front. only when driving slow over slight bumps and when lightly applying the brake

yeah, I figure it's just getting a wear pattern established is all.

But if it continues, when the next oil change comes, I'll ask about it.

The rubber suspension bushings on this car, even including the front stabilizer bar bushings, are designed to wind up, not slip. Lubricating them won't help.

"My car squeaks when I do this..." says the MM owner.

"Don't do that then..." says the dealer.

Sorry, had to say that! :D

Dont want to alarm ya bro but if you push down on the frant and get a squeek it could be a ball joint.

I am with the Sarge on this one. Its a new car with a 36 month warranty. Let them tell you where the annoying squeak is coming from and what they did to fix it. Guessing is foolish.....it could be alot of things.

RCSignals - this is my first post so I may not be doing this right. What you describe wtih the left front wheel making a popping noise when going over a bump is what my car is doing. I have had this for a while, however it is getting worse. I can hear the wheel squealing when I turn it to the right. When the wheel straightens out the squeak is gone. My car has 87K on it. :)
