Hehehe...Sorry, Mike, it's not true. Actually, there are some rules to wearing a Kilt, and you need to have permission from the controlling Clan to wear their tartan in public. It's their "coat of arms," and if you don't you have permission, you could find yourself in court. Most Kilt makers won't make a kilt until written permission, or, "license" is given by the Clan.

The patch comes from a place that does "spoof" patches. For about $4.25 you can have your own. www.spoofpatches.com
