Where is everyone finding the neat avatars and profile pictures and every other picture attatched to everyones posts? Every one I try to load is over the 100X100 pixel limit.:(

or use a URL or upload your own.

If you need an avatar resized, send it to me and I'll do it for you.

Even the basic (Windows included) 'Paint' program will allow you to shink images.

Just shrink and save a few images and try them to see which one works.

JASC Paint Shop Pro will let you resize by pixel. See what pixel size you're starting with and if you can't resize by pixel count, figure out what percentage will get you 100x100 or less.

Be sure to keep the ratio the same as the original or it will looked stretched.

I use JASC PSP and it works great.
