Testing out my modified pulleys and tensioner for awhile before I go for the blower. Gotta look close to tell it's not a stock belt/pulley setup. It was an expensive PITA to figure out though. I expect it will pay off eventually though! One more idler pulley to have brackets made for and I'll be ready. This one will go in the section between the ps pump and alt. That's one spot I've seen some real bouncing on blown cars, in addition some of the earlier 4.6/5.4L trucks had an idler there from the factory so it can't hurt anything.
