Hey everyone,
Just wanted to take a minute to express my appreciation for this website, and all the truly helpful people who are a part of it. I'm in the midst of installing Trilogy kit #56 on my 04MEMA ('04 MErcury MArauder). Although the installation manual that comes with the kit is great, there were a couple of times so far that I needed a little additional info. I wasn't sure how to remove the center console gauge cluster and of course a quick search here and I found out how. Also I wasn't 100% where the EGR tube connects to the exhaust manifold, and again in a few clicks I was looking at an engine diagram on MM.net. Piece of cake. I'm very grateful for this excellent resource. Thanks to Logan and to all of you!

Jeff

P.S. With my schedule, it may be a week before I complete the install, but you can be sure I'll put up a post or two to let ya'll know about the Thrillogy (I borrowed that expression from someone here - thanks) transformation. I'm so friggin' excited to take that first ride!! :banana2:  :banana2:

Hey Bradley G, I think I'll pass on giving a specific location.... With that Big a** MM in the garage, there's barely enough room as it is. And I'm challenged enough trying to put the s/c in without the help of booze! :P Thanks for wishing luck.

Patrick - I'm taking a bunch of pics - I'm sure I'll get around to posting them someday. :coffee:

Deebar - I know what you mean about the snow. But actually with the n/a MM I was having fun with the lack of traction. I never noticed how otherwise dry but salt covered streets really are slippery. I've had Lidios chip for the last month or so and got sideways hitting 2nd the other night! Nearly needed to change my shorts! :surprise: I'm sure the MM will be like that on dry unsalted pavement soon. "Be careful" will have to be the daily mantra that I say before starting the beast of a bee-ahtch that the S/C's gonna make out of MEMA! As a side note, I'm wondering how many of the MM's in the Detroit area have s/c's?

Tallboy - thanks, yep finally getting around to it. I bet it's like they say when you're going to have a kid for the first time. They say you just can't know what it's like until you're a parent. Well I sure can't wait to find out what the s/c is like. It will be the most powerful car I've ever owned. How sweet is it that you can have this total bad a** car that's a great family car with a huge trunk! Oh, and the garage is heated thanks to a used propane heater I picked up at homey D last year. 50k to 85 k BTU's does the trick quite nicely. Although with the zero degrees stuff we had last week, the 30 - 40 degrees stuff feels warm out! :loco:

Thanks for the feedback and support fellas!

Jeff
