As I posted on SoulRiots tread last month (Car is payed off) I said I'd pay off my car next month , well this is next month and I payed it off on 1-03-05 in full. It was a 72 month loan & payed it off in 13 months. Feels good to have one less bill at the end of the month. Now I can save for other things I want (S/C). :banana:

You mean you can actually get a car paid off? Hmmm.. I think I forgot what it means to be out of debt. Maybe I'll remember in just under 5 years from now... :rofl:

Congratulations! Maybe someday I'll get out of the cycle of buy now - pay later, but with all those 0% credit card oppportunities it might be a while....

Hi All,
Yep! I just refinanced my condo. I had about 12 years to go at 5.25%. So not knowing if I had a job next month I looked into reducing my monthly payments. Found out that my condo had appriciated 20K. Took out a 69,900 15 year mortgage at 4.625 which added about $120 to my current mortgage payment. This paid off the old mortgage, all credit card debt and the MM.

Not having a credit card or a car payment is great but refinancing a condo and getting free a MM priceless. :banana:
