...Seems to be a problem this time of year. Although, us northern chicago people had dry roads for a whole day not too long ago  How is the weather by you? Tonight I have a flood warning, dense fog warning, and freezing rain warning. Wo0o0o0o0

My Marauder is in storage....won't even see anything except the 20 degree temps in my heated garage.

My winter beater...1993 SHO....is seeing the weather. She's dirty as heck and spins all over the place on ice....but then again...she's front wheel drive and gets along a bit better than a rear wheel drive car.

Its going to be -20 low and -7 high here in MN on Friday...only time will tell.

Can't wait for March! Time to wake up the Marauder!!!

It's supposed to be in the high 40's tomorrow and Thursday (but wet) and then get cold again. Since I put the Trilogy on, I haven't found more than a car length of dry pavement. It's sad. I'm so over anxious to open her up that I showed a guy in a silver GTO today how little traction my car gets on wet roads - I'm sure he was impressed (not, but maybe the blower whine was cool?). Toying with another RWD'r on a wet surface really isn't that intelligent, but it sure did get the adrenaline pumping. :D

I'm too eager for some dry streets again :depress: . Maybe I should just start driving south until I find some....

Man I miss it too. It's cleaned, waxed, stored, and covered. Sometimes, when no ones around, I'll go down and hug my MM.

I can't even do a good 60-90 roll,as the wheels will spin with the least ammount of wet pavement. Now I really have to cool it, cause I got winter tires on now and they are very soft.I'm sure I could make them junk in a matter of seconds. If we have any nice weather I can toss the stock package back on and toast what's left of some well worn rears!Burnouts in the dead of january ! Gotta love it!:coolman:

I can't even begin to imagine having to park my Marauder for months of lousy weather. Would most likely kill me.

No man. I'll happily take the cold and parking the MM for 4 months a year, in exchange for the big bugs and hurricanes.

It's -30C here (-22F) with a high wind from the north. Wind chills to -45C (-49F). Expecting 20-30 cm of snow (11 inches) and overnight lows in the -40C area.

Lots of accidents too. A guy from work was killed over the weekend when another vehicle from the opposite direction lost it on a 2 lane highway. The wind tends to polish the roads to a wonderful sheen, and no amound of glycol, salt or sand makes any difference.

I like my MM too much to put it on these roads. That's why I still have my 92 CV as my 'Curling Rock'.

Sorry guys, you should move here. Friday nite will be the drags (midnite madness for $10) and Sunday the 1.7 mile road course to wear down the rest of the tire tread.

Oh well, just another Shxxxxty day in paradise.

Here in CT we just had Snow, sleet and freezing rain all in the last 24 hrs. They have even forecasted Freezing Fog for later today.

It stinks because I purchased my Marauder near the beginning of November so I haven't had a chance to really enjoy it yet.
