Here you can see some of the shims used on the tensioner.

Here you can see the extra idler pulley I added between the alternator and power steering pump. That is where I saw a lot of belt jumping on Marty's car. Also, some 5.4 trucks had an idler mounted in that approximate location from the factory, so it shouldn't hurt anything.

Your new tensioner sure looks a lot different than last time I saw your car.
Looks as if one of your problems has been solved. Looking forward to seeing it run someday soon.
