Where to get custom center wheel caps?

When I bought my snow tires & rims, they came with a 2" center cap that has "1000 Migilia" in an arrow. Ok, nothing particularly offensive, but it's not very interesting, either.

Does anyone know where I could get custom wheel center caps (the little 2" center piece) made, please?
