I am in the process of having my Marauder replaced :( and I wanted to get in touch with Mr. Babcock. I understand he is the Marauder Project Manager. When I talked to Mercury Customer service they could not find him in their company database  I appreciate everyone’s comments and suggestions to my questions. I NEVER dreamed I would receive the excellent responses and suggestions I did on this board. I would hope Mercury representatives are monitoring this board, as it is a great resource.

for all the gory details. Basically the car has windshield, paint and other issues. I don't blame the dealer entirely for this as they don't have all the resources they need to fix it properly. I have had the car for around 6 weeks now but it has been to the dealer 4 times.

Doug I don't know what the Lemon law is in GA, but in NY I believe you have to bring you car to the dealer at least three times for the same problem and you don't get positive results. The car must also have less than 18,000 miles. Make sure all problems are do***ented on a dealer work order. John :(
