Being a Mercury and Ford fan, I have long been fond of the 66-77 Broncos. For me, they are just a fun, cool, and very primitive SUV that are a blast to drive. I have owned 6, and currently have 3. I wanted to show off my latest find: An unrestored original 1976 with 1,667 miles that's been kept in climate-controlled storage all its life (except for when it was pushng snow). The day I got it I posted a thread on the classic Bronco site, here's a link: http://classicbroncos.com/forums/showthread.php?t=57689&referrerid=11056

What do you think?

What is an unbelieveable find. How did you find out about it? What do you figure it's value is once you get it restored? An uncut Bronco is rare enough, but an unused one is... wow!!

I had a '74 Bronco many years ago. I dated my wife while I owned that truck. Whenever we see one now, we both agree that we will own one some day.

The NYPD used Bronco's to patrol the city's parks and shoreline.

I found this Bronco in its longtime home in the storage bay of a shopping center maintenance department in Princeton, WV. I make periodic visits to a small factory that's located in back of the shopping center (but attached to the building). The factory owner is a diehard Mopar guy so he and I talk cars a little during my visits. I was telling him about one of the other Broncos I'm working on and he said, "Oh hell, there's one of those things on the other side of that wall", as he pointed to the back wall of his shop. He took me over and showed me the Bronco and I've been haunted by it ever since- that was well over a year ago. So, I have been in talks with the shopping center folks during the past year and we finally arrived at a mutually agreeable price. I'm sure it would have been gone a long time ago had anyone known it was hidden there in that dark storage bay.
It took a great amount of luck and being in the right place at the right time!:D
