Motorola V265 Phone

I bought a Motorola V265 camera phone back in Nov.

I bought some software on Ebay that I would have thought, would allow me to download any photos taken with the phone - to my PC. I was trying to avoid having to email them to myself(read _PAY extra money).

Well there seems to be (2) key things/functions missing according to Motorolas website.

Image Studio - which seems to be the very thing that I need to download the images :

Then there is a similar function for sound files that I do not have either.

There doesn't seem to be any Motorola support type forums ... nor is googling V265 + support + forums etc etc etc ... seem to be getting me anywhere.

Long story short ...

Anyone have a V265 as well as the phone tools software that has SUCCESSFULLY been able to downloaded photos taken with the phone ?.

Maybe this phone just doesn't support such a thing ?.

Is it a Verizon phone? If it is, they have certain features "locked out" so you must use their Get It Now service from what I understand.

Yep I have Verizon.

For my Cingular Motorola V400 I'm using the software at the following link:

I would think they had simliar software for the V265.
