Funny stuff.

What the heck is the "birdcage" they keep talking about?

The metal cage/frame that the fiberglass parts are glued to, basically. 8 grand is a rediculous price for that hunk of junk. It is a very funny ad though!

That's priceless....nearly as good as the guy who modeled his ex-wifes wedding dress on ebay. Anyone remember that one? Funnier than hell.

I love this answer:

<TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width="100%" border=0><TBODY><TR bgColor=#f4f4f4><TD width=410>Q: does the clock work?</TD><TD class=help align=right>Answered on Feb-19-05</TD></TR><TR><TD width=30>http://pics.ebaystatic.com/aw/pics/x.gif</TD><TD colSpan=2>A: I'm glad you asked. All of the gauges, as well as the clock, work just as good as they look in the photos. You can almost see the second hand moving if you cross your eyes and squint real hard.</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

Q: Why are you selling the car?

A: Are you kidding? Look at it! If I was born last night I wouldn't have enough years left to restore a car in this condition.

I guess the guy brought it upon himself by replying to some of those silly questions.

Someone ask him if it has A/C.

Wait - ask what kind of stereo it has.

Almost anything will sell on Ebay. IMO it is much better to buy an original or a restored vehicle. It will cost more to restore that Vette than it will be worth.

I think he wrote those questions to himself, trying to become the next "infamous Ebay auction" The "jackass" comment made that obvious.
