When installing NEW shocks do I need buy anything else? Like bushings or anything like that (first time doing this) BTW these are 04 PI Shocks.

Are you installing these in a MM, GM, or CV? The front shocks need to have the coil spring pressed out of them to install. The rears are a "piece of cake".

These are for a 03 CV, anything special with the air suspension

Just make sure that the switch is off when lifting.
BTW, you also have to seperate the upper control arm from the front spindle in order to remove the front spring and shock.
