I'm still ear to ear in the grin department, from the ride home. The route from Mcalevy's Fort to Huntingdon was especially satisfying, and after arriving home I just sat in it, not wanting to get out. I've been to the basement three times already just to look. Mmmmmmmm, so nice, ...so nice. :)

Mark, I had forgotten about some of the cool things: the redundant "stuff" controls on the steering wheel, and the 99,000 ways to adjust the seat, and how it just keeps "getting it" when you go WOT for a short, mad dash to almost triple numbers. (on a closed course, of course).

After it's bath/inspection, and the visual reminder of the terrible results from my backing up adventures into the garage, I was very careful when putting her away for the evening.

When Barb got home, she was all smiles when she came upstairs. Happy to see me, I said? The Marauder's back, she said. Then my grin ...I know
:lovies:

You guys!

Jim, she was stored, for the winter, at our summer place/hunting camp at Snow Shoe, PA. :sunshine:

Notice the time? And yes, I did go down for a quick look after my "visit" to the room.;)

With those compfy seats? Heck yeh, a nap in the mm would be no problem, Wes; but I'd rather be driving it. ;)

Tell you what, though; with two more garage bays opening up here, she's gonna spend next winter at home.

Mike has already started parking class qualifications. He was acting as a ground guide at Bert's 50s Diner last Sunday so that I wouldn't back into a telephone pole at the rear of the space that they conveniently left open for me. He did pretty well and has his technique down OK. ;)
