Im going to bring something up here that you might be overlooking about the tires you've mentioned above in your post. but this isn't to be argumentative on my part, but merely to make sure that you're aware of the following, and that other members who read this thread will be too......
The tires that you've selected are both about one and one half inches shorter in height than the factory OEM Marauder tires are. that will be fine if you've lowered the ride height of your Marauder with aftermarket suspension, or modifications to the factory suspension. But those tires mounted on a Marauder that has a factory stock ride height will leave a noticeable larger gap between the tops and the sides of the tires, and the the fender lips of the wheel wells on both the front and rear tires. You might not care about that, but I know that i would, and some other Marauder owners would too. ;)
BTW, incase you're skeptical about what I'm claiming, the tires mentioned in the post above have a height of 25.7" for the front size (as opposed to the stock 27.2") and the rears are 27.0" (as apposed to the stock rears of 28.5").

https://www.tiresavings.com/tires/toyot1s.jpgI like the tread pattern ...a lot. It reminds me of the S-55 Firehawks I had on the Cobra. It was a super rain/wet road tire and was very quiet and smooth. Good luck with 'em.
Billy's point about size may be welll taken, but I'm wondering if you'd notice that much, since a 1" shorter tire means only 1/2 inch in difference from axle center, and I'm not sure you'd notice.

I have these exact tires on the back of my 93 TBird SC and the are GREAT!! I love them. They are the biggest tire I could find that comfortably fit on the standard SC 16 inch rims, 245/55/16.
I doubt the sizes mentioned above would look right on the MM but I just wanted to let folks know that I have them and highly recommend them. They look great and have very strong grip.

I havent used these specific Toyos but I have had the high performance Toyos on most of my sports cars over the years and loved them. Great traction dry and wet weather. Hook up pretty good all things considered (they didnt like 400hp N/A engine with 150 shot of nitrous on top of that) but they did ok...
And they love the curves. So depending on how you drive they may fit you perfectly.
I wouldnt do for that height difference. I would look to see if you have another size option to get closer to factory. 1 inch isnt that much but I wouldnt do it.Speedo would be off a little, and in turn the odometer would as well (overstated milage). Not much granted but I wouldnt do it unless you plan to have the computer flahed for different height tires.

...... unless you plan to have the computer flahed for different height tires.
Oh yeh! Speedo error & reflash + perhaps traction control issues with different size.
Duh! (slaps forhead) :o

I didnt know Firestone made an S55, I had the SZ-50 and the SZ-50EPs on my vic, and also the 850R Wagon, great tire, handled nice but those Front Wheel Peels on the 850R didnt help tire life....

Darn, Wes, I could have given them the wrong name, as it was on my '97 Cobra,; but, whatever, they were Firehawk something or other, and I really liked them. :) I'll do some checking.

Used to run non-performance Toyo tires on several chevy caprice classic station wagons and one van for business. They had great wet and dry traction, were long lasting.
