View Full Version : New Black Chrome Rims Installed on MACH 1 Today....

Well, I finally got around to having the new Black Chrome rims installed on the Mach. The larger size on the rims let me put some HUGE meats on the rims, Lid agrees it gives it a much better stance. 285/40/17's on the rear, 275/40/17's on the front. I went with the better BFG G-Force KD. The car handles so much better now. Lidio wants to lower it some to make it look better.
What do you think?

Looks ok. I would have gone chrome, but that's my choice. 18's really would have been the sh#t. I know it will look meaner lowered. I do like the tires though. You "show-off"! ;)

They are already in the works for the Marauder. 18X10 black chrome Marauder reproduction rims, just like the Mach 1 rims. Not sure of the timeline.

I have any extra set of OEM rims that I will have done. Yours look so good I can't wait to have mine on the car. :woohoo:

How much interest is there in a black chrome Marauder wheel? These would be brand new rims from the company that did the Mach wheels. So you keep or sell your stock rims. If there is enough interest, I will call them again monday and see if they will make the rims or not. there was some hesitation to devote the time to marauder wheels, since there is a set number of cars and wont draw a lot of sales.
I told him that this crew was hard core...and to think real hard.
