I want to thank Ray (The Dealer) for the parts he recently sent to us. In particular, the new for 2005 optional Aviator billet fuel door.

Apparently we were the first to receive this option, and Ford L/M wants our input on design, installation, and appearance.

This is a really nice part. I am thinking this will look really cool on a black Aviator.

I hope it's not too hard to install, but I am gonna give it a whip this afternoon.

Easy install. Two screws.

The hardest part was regaining feeling in my hands....:( It is 33 degrees, raining, sleeting, snowing....and if that weren't bad enough, winds averaging 40 mph.

That's a nice looking piece

I'm more into plain ole' regular body colored gas doors myself.

Always thought gas doors do nothing but break up the beauty of a nice 1/4 panel.

The less attention I draw to such a thing the better I always thought.

I always liked when most gas fillers were tucked behind the rear license plate out of sight.

Again NICE looking piece ... no flames intended, just not my cup of tea.

Get a chance to slap a Magnaflow on there yet ?.
