Dennis:
Looks like it's time for me to get one of those. Does the above group buy include the tuning software?
Also, I had mine dyno-tuned with Jerry W. Is there anyway to keep his custom tune, as well as getting back the factory program?
Let me know if this easier discussed on the phone, or what info you need to get me locked in.
Thanks,
Peter Dettmer aka MMM2003

If you have a custom dynotune from J/W,Why do you want the Hand held tuner,Are you planning to do more mod that require timing and A/F tweaks?

Brad:
Yes, I'm planning on more adjustments. Tire size, gear change, and ability to revert back to OEM stock.
Thanks,
Peter

No problem. How did the intake spacer work out. I remember reading you had a slight problem?
I just spoke with Dennis. He is tuning some more FHP MM's at the time. I ordered my XCAL with my factory BMD0 program loaded. He is also giving me the GB price.
What a GUY. Thanks Dennis. Hope you got my email with the details.
Thanks,

I like the spacer ,Thanks.
I still have to re-tap one of the holes that was stripped during the reinstall.Good luck with your new toys of more power.Tell us what you experience with it!

I had the same problem with stripping one of the holes on PHP install.
PHP needs to give you a slightly longer bolt.
I called PHP and they agreed but said that nobody makes the right size bolt.
I did not have to re-tap hole. I got a much longer bolt and cut it down. It then fit and bolted down nice and tight. Only top part of jole was stripped.

I think that was the #5 hole, but thanks a lot! :P I had expectations to have to go to the next size diameter bolt. This would probably mean the head would be larger and look butched.:depress:

Bolt is on Pass side in the middle.
Only the top of the hole is stripped (.25) You have a good 75% of thread left but the factory bolt is too short due to the PHP spacer.
The factory bolt is METRIC M6 x 45. At hardware store I bought a M6 x 75 and used my Dremel tool to cut it down to about 55. Make sure you get a M6 nut and put it on before you cut it. That way you remove the nut which cleans up the thread where you made the cut.
Good luck,
Paul

Awe You read my mind!
Sometimes I put a couple of nuts to spin off after the cut.;) Thanks for the size!
