Anyone besides me planning to attend the Fabulous Fords Forever show at Knotts Berry Farm this Sunday?
I will have Blue there on display, and would love to chat with any MM.net members that might drop by.
I should be pretty easy to pick out- probably not gonna be too many blue '03s there...

Jeff, nice web pages in your signature. You certainly have a clean machine. I'm curious, though, with your coolant reservoir. My 2003 300A has green coolant installed. Is your coolant stock? Is it the 5-year solution?

Yes, the yellow coolant is stock. I'm not sure what month of production they switched.
Ford calls it "Motorcraft Premium Gold". It is an extended-life coolant, but is not the same (thank God) as the
orange Dex-Cool stuff GM uses. The scheduled maintenance guide says it's good for 100K miles the first time
around, and 50K miles thereafter. Not sure why subsequent changes are at shorter intervals...

JAC: Your MM looked nice today. Love the pinstripe. Sorry we didn't get a chance to visit with you.

Hung around your car, the silver birch MM, and the old school MM from about 1430-1500/2:30-3:00 PM, but did not see any of the three owners.

That copper gold early 60's 427 Galaxie was a steal at $27,500 and looked/sounded incredible going down the street next to 69 Mach 1's silver birch MM as we were getting on the 5 south to go home.

Hope to touch base with you sometime in the near future. -kjs-
