The ad says shipping anywhere in the US.I am planning on getting a set widened,then sell/trade the X-tra set.Maybe we can get a set in circulation for the board members to use while thiers are being worked on/repaired.
For those who are Daily Drivers with no other options.

Got a bit of a dissapointed over the four wheels I purchaced on e-bay.Turns out two of the four have damage.I payed the seller to ship them to Alternative Auto, to have them widened.
Upon breaking the wheels down, it was discovered that they were not anywhere near excellent condition.Lidio e-mailed me pics of the damage and he said the damage was probably due to a burnout gone bad.One of the wheels has a crack on the edge of the rim,the other has gouges.The e-bay ad stated the wheels were in "excellent cond"
After waiting nearly a week with no response(e-mails & Phone calls),I filed a claim through Pay Pal to freeze the sellers account.
When Lidio's shop finally recieved the wheels,I immediatly recinded the dispute(big mistake)
Now I have no recourse through Pay Pal,because they have a policy, that only one claim can be filed per transaction.
I asked the Gentleman from Pay Pal If I was stuck,he said I could file a claim with FTC.
So I filed a fraud claim with them.
I finally got an e-mail from the seller today, saying the wheels were in "perfect condition" and he sold them, "as is".So if nothing else comes of this please be warned of an unscrupulious used car dealer in Clinton Township Michigan that will rob you and lie to cover himself.(SLM Motors Inc.)
Any body got an Idea where I might find him?:depress:

Right in your own back yard, Bradley, is one of the best wheel rebuilding companies in the country. They will repair any wheel of any repairable damage for one flat fee. Last time I used them, it was 110. per wheel.

Each wheel is inspected, magnafluxed for stress cracks, polished, clearcoated, and they even paint the inside of the wheel any color you want. I've used them 10 times now, never disappointed. You'll save shipping with a drop off and pick up, and turn around is usually 1 week. I know this adds to your expense, but it is one solution to consider. I know you won't be disappointed. You won't be ashamed to resell their work, it does look new when they are done. Good luck.

BTW...If you look up a used/rebuilt Marauder wheel, it's under "Ford-Marauder", and it sells for 250.

Don't want to sound ungreatful, I truely am, Thank you!
I just have a problem with being taken advantage of.
I know it is my fault and I am not sure what it would take for this lesson to finally sink in.:confused:
I had two rear tires put on before I left for WFC St.Louis last week.The wheels were also damaged.I phoned the shop of the damage that the installer did.He was really nice about it!
Now I have seven wheels to be repaired.Four on the car, a full spare I bought off e-bay, knowing it was damaged(cheap)and the two at Lidio's shop.
So much for the little fund I started to get a S/C'er :o The good news is I have a new plan! Thanks tons for your help!

Now to make matters worse, the seller retaliated and left negetive feedback on my account.:depress:

He even resorted to name calling,which I read is supposed to be against the E-bay rules.
I can only hope he does not try this on someone who is not so forgiving:uzi:
No revenge here, just beware of a seller that does not have several good feed back scores.
