ok. You guys were a great help on the last question.
Here is another.
I have an 04 Crown Vic with no rear air ride.
Edelbrock and Bilstein stop their shock listings at 2002.
What changed?
Any solutions?
Thanks for your help!

They are a "monotube" type shock. The rear shocks are easy to replace (compared to 2002 and under platforms). The fronts are a coil over shock design. They are the opposite when it comes to installation (2002 frame and under is a "piece of cake"). Neither shock setup interchanges with the other.
Just my .02 and then some.

Does anyone make good performance shocks for the 04?

Nope I have 04 CV as well, only option is Police shocks which are lil stiffer, which is what im going with I think QA1 does something with the Marauder but for like 1000$

If I find any aftermarket shocks besides the QA1, I will let you know.

Check out the guys at Tire Rack. (vendors here) and ask about Koni shocks. I'm a big fan of their products. If you get them, be careful about turning the firmness settings too high. :)
