Hi,

As you've read, I've got an MM on order that's destined for KB Marauder S status. I'm a ham radio operator, and I'm gonna put a radio in it.

I saw this on the internet:

or:

http://www.havis.com/Consolidator/Consolidator_Literature/C-3190flyer4C.pdf

It occurred to me that it would be a good way to install the radio box (not the control head - that goes up front), but I don't know (1) whether it'll fit under the subwoofer, or (2) whether it'll fit next to the spare tire. It measures 16.5" by 28.5" for the drivers side.

The installation guide is at this link, on page 38:

Can anyone measure their 300B (with the motorcycle tire) and let me know how much space is in there?

Thanks,

Mark

Hey Mark,

Cant help with the exact dimensions but the I have a 300A however a solution may be to purchase the space saver and mount the radio box in there. You could then save the money on the tray and mount your equipment as needed. As for the control head there may be enough room to mount where the factory radio is if you install a standard size radio and then place the control head beneath it. Hope this makes sense!
