Pockets on the front of seats.
Push button on door for fuel filler door.

Looks like a 300A. If it is a 300B, what am I missing?

There were several 300 B's that were not decontented. They were produced during the transition from A to B model. They were built in late 2002. There are several owners on this site with this model.

All Marauders with Traction Control including the pre decontented (300 B's) and all the Canadian models have the mini-spare.

Don't forget the Black Cam Covers and the Standalone clock...left from the 300A config...Underhood light? Auto park brake release? Black Dotted shade in windshield and a lot of other things not seen but removed from all the Ford and Mercury Panthers of the era thanks to Allan Gilmour the Ford Cost Cutter man....RAM

Its that word "decontented" that throws me off. :help: Remindes me of the first time I heard the word "discombobulated". Thought they were putting me on.

What is the difference when everyone is talking about "discontented"? I have been wondering what that means in terms of the Marauder. I just bought the car 2 months ago and I am a little out of the loop with some of the lingo. Can somebody explain what this all means?...Thanks

300A vs. 300B - our most popular question! ;) Only US 2003 had an A and a B version, since there were no changes in 2004. We coined the term "decontented" in referring to the items that were dropped from the 300A to make the 300B. And, just to confuse things, there are some "pre-decontented" 300Bs that still have some of the 300A features, but not all. Confused yet? Read the above threads and do a further search. "300A AND 300B"

I thought the black cam covers lasted through the '03 production run, but got axed for '04. (?)
My post-decontented DBP 300B has black cam covers, FWIW...

The wife's silver 300B has bare aluminum covers and an underhood light.
