Dyno tuning in San Diego 20 & 21 May 05

West Coast MMs: Jerry Wrobleski will be in San Diego on Friday 20 May and Saturday 21 May 2005. Same place as when he was here last time, in September 2004, JBA. They are not a sponsor, so PM me for more details. My tune is great, thanks to Jerry.

The host runs a great shop for all kinds of performance mods. Saw some Mustangs from a local club doing dyno pulls over there today, thought that maybe I missed Jerry. Several of the So-Cal folks have been asking about this, so I wanted to make sure I got the word out. Regards, -kjs-

I'd like to go. I have not yet installed my stallion t/c, rear eng. cooling kit and stage II tranny kit from DR. My question to you all is, should I wait until this gets done or can I get the tune before hand and not affect performance and the dyno tune afterwards.

You should call them.

I did and they told me a dyno pull and Jerry tune with chip was $600.

I told them that I had my own SCT tuner so they said they would deduct $100 for the chip.

At $500 i is too much money for my blood. Also Jerry's tune in Atlanta is $250 with dyno.

Confirmed by phone to JBA this morning. Can't post anything about it for at

Rocket Couch: Just called JBA at 1125 California Time Saturday 28 May 2005. Dave said that Jerry will not be at JBA next week. He also said it is possible that Chris, from Jerry's shop may be coming out. They will not know for sure until Tuesday. Will be contacting Bruce, the GM at JBA, at Dave's recommendation. Will let you know what he says. Suspect that there are personal issues or family issues that are making it difficult for Jerry to get out here. -kjs-

Update as of Monday afternoon, 31 May 05, Pacific time.

Called JBA again today. Jerry's tune has been postponed again. It will happen at some point in the future.

They do not have it rescheduled yet. Unfortunately, no more details at this time. Will pass the info as it becomes available. Will try to touch base with Bruce Tucker to get some amplifying remarks.

Too bad, because it had the makings of a "mini-meet." NBC, you don't have to sweat the trip to paradise now, have fun out there!

Hopefully you'll be available when Jerry or one of his folks get a chance to tune in San Diego.
