As you all know, I have the fender badge sales going on. Funny enough I get an e-mail from someone regarding the badges and never really looked closely at his e-mail address. Well, as it turns out, the e-mail is from my good friend Jim, a fellow boater and car enthusiast. In fact up until the end of last season Jim and I docked our boats just about side by side (I just moved to another marina at the beginning of this season and I miss Jim and his beautiful wife Sandy).

Now, I don't know how long Jim will last here, but we can only hope he sticks around for a while. His stable over the last year has looked like this: Mach 1 (nice looking, clean car), 40th Anniversary Cobra (drool....he was supposed to sell that car to me!! :mad2: ), and now an '04 DTR with very low mileage (have I ever mentioned how much i love that color?). Jim try to hang on to the Marauder for more than a year would ya?

So, here is to my buddy Jim  Welcome aboard!

'Poke: I spoke to Jim this morning and told him that he needs your pens and pads (do you have any of those left?). His wife is going to hate me! :P

His wife is going to hate me! :PDon't worry, she probably already does, and was glad to see your boat no longer next to theirs. I heard it was something about your binoculars. :D

Anywho, welcome to the board Jimmy. Hope you stick around. :banana2:

I don't drink alcoholic beverages. Now, make me a cool glass to drink my Diet Mountain Dew out of when I get into the office at 6:30 a.m., and I will take it!

I am often sneaking around that neck of the woods...
I will be really easy to spot.
I drive a vehicle that resembles yours, but only cooler cause its BLACK...
AND... New York let me put my Screen Name on my plates !!!

I hope we can see each other some time !!!

Let me know what areas you patrol, and I'll be sure to drive through !

Bergen County I grew up there. Your probably one of the reasons why I had to leave. J/k....maybe. ;)

Do you know where Von Dolhns is/was on the Hudson?

Welcome to the Collective, resistance to moding is futile. You will be assimilated. http://smilies.sofrayt.com/1/u/cyber.gif

Especially if you get to ride in Marty's beast.

Sure! Van Dolhns was/is down in Edgewater. I think the marina is still there. I haven't been down in Edgewater in a while. There's been alot of building going on. Land that wasn't worth anything a few years back is now million dollar condos!

Yep that's the place, just wanted to see if you knew where it was. I grew up across the street from them.

I grew up...

You never grew up and you know it. Just look at all the toys you still play with.

Your right as usual Marty. My toys are just more expensive now and so is my playmate.

A friend of mine shared a simple truth with me many years ago, and I will share it with you all now.

The three most expensive things in a mans life are
his car
his house
his lady

Such a truth he spoke

Just not necessarily in that order.
