From CNN website.
Alaska and Hawaii are missing from the list. Apparently, CNN is working off a 45 year old listing of states. :dunno:

"Drivers in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic states did worst. Twenty percent of test-takers failed there."
I take exception to the ^^^^ statement which is :bs: Driving these roads in Northern Virginia leads me to believe that the failing rate here is closer to 50%. DC should be about 60% failing (to match their truancy and graduation rates). Personally I think Maryland drivers are better than those in Virginia (at least in the Northern part of Virginia.)

IMHO .... I don't care how a person scored on the written test, it's the practical road test that validates even a 100% A++ on the theoretical work. :burnout:

Donning flamesuit now :flamer:

Not true in my observations !!! :D I see my share of wimpy-a$$, indecisive and timid male drivers of all ages. Generally, the fastest thing on the highway is a female in a mini-van taking the kids to soccer practice and dance recitals. ;)

Iowa was #3?

:bs: :bs: :bs:

No friggin' way.

87.7% average score? Riiight. They must not have counted the 50% of the state that couldn't read the damn test, much less pass it.
