What is the normal draw on a battery with the ign off?

So, does anyone know what an acceptable draw on a battery is when its parked? I am having trouble with my plow truck's battery (its brand new). I have measured a .009 amp draw on the system when the key is off. This does not seem like much to me but I am no expert.
